Choose from three options: Liége Waffles, Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches or Sundaes To-Go
Our full service catering brings the Scoop House experience to your venue or you can choose to have your items delivered and set up.
Servers (Full serve only): $20 per hour/per server
Delivery only: $15 within 10 mile radius
Deposit (Delivery only): $25 deposit on cooler with dry ice and scoopers.
Plan Ahead: Please give us at least 1 week notice. At time of booking we require a 50% deposit.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be received 24 hours before your scheduled event and confirmed by a Scoop House team member. Any cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total price of the party.
Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
Option 1: Made-to-Order Ice Cream Sandwiches | Our trained staff will make custom, made-to-order ice cream sandwiches for your guests. You can choose 4 ice cream flavors and 4 cookie flavors.
Option 2: Pre-packaged Ice Cream Sandwiches | We will pre-make your custom ice cream sandwiches with the freshly baked cookies and ice cream flavors of your choice. They will be ready for your desired pick up time. This is great for smaller events, office parties, holidays, etc.
PRICING
$9. per person, each sandwich made with 4 oz. of ice cream
MINIMUM ORDER: 20 Sandwiches
If needed, plates and napkins can be provided for a minimal charge.
Liége Waffle & Ice Cream Bar
Our locally made, handcrafted waffles are made from dough, not batter with only high quality ingredients and imported pearl sugar. They are cooked on a very hot, heavy cast iron waffle iron.
After your first bite you will know immediately this is a special waffle, not the kind you make at home on a Sunday morning! Our waffles are rich and intense triggering words such as caramelized, chewy, buttery, and crunchy.
We offer a wide variety of delicious toppings enabling you to customize the menu to fit your event. We proudly offer a No Sugar Added (NSA), peanut free or vegan ice cream, dairy-free sorbet, upon request.
Option 1: Full Service Waffle & Ice Cream Bar | Warm liége waffles with your choice 3 flavors of ice cream
Option 2: Delivery | Freshly baked waffles and quarts of ice cream, serving baskets and utensils. Waffles will be ready to serve at pastry temperature.
PRICING
$12 per person + tax
Includes 1 waffle, 1 scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
MINIMUM ORDER: 20 people
We provide serving baskets, napkins and utensils.
Scoop House Sundaes To-Go
When you don’t need full service, we pre-scoop our 12oz cups, leaving room for lots of toppings with the flavors you choose, and then assemble all of the sauces, toppings, spoons, and napkins. We’ll box it up for quick pick-up and go or deliver for easy setup.
This is great for smaller events, office parties, holidays, etc.
